ANZAC Day 2018 Dawn Service - Ho Chi Minh City

ANZAC Day 2018 Dawn Service - Ho Chi Minh City

The Australian and New Zealand Consulates in Ho Chi Minh City will jointly commemorate ANZAC Day 2018 with a dawn service at the diplomatic compound of the Consulate General of the United Kingdom.

The ceremony is open to all Australian and New Zealand citizens and their spouses and children but space is limited and registration is essential.  Following the ceremony light refreshments will be provided.

Given space limitations and the fact that the ceremony will be held on a diplomatic compound, those wishing to attend the ceremony must register by Friday 20 April 2018 and provide details (full names, nationality and passport number) to https://anzacdayhcmc2018.eventbrite.com.au. Once available places are filled, online registration will be closed and, for security reasons, individuals who have not registered will not be admitted to the compound.

  • Date: ANZAC Day, Wednesday 25 April 2018
  • Time: 5.00am (ceremony will begin at 5.30am)
  • Location: Consulate General of the United Kingdom, 25 Le Duan Street, District 1, Ho Chi Minh City, Viet Nam

Registered attendees must present photo identification upon arrival at the Consulate General of the United Kingdom.

Attendees must use the entrance gate on the corner of Le Duan Street and Mac Dinh Chi Street.  There is no parking available at the Consulate General of the United Kingdom, drop off and pick up only. Attendees should arrive approximately 30 minutes prior to the ceremony start time.
