If you lodged a paper application, please contact VFS Global to determine whether there are any documents you need to collect once your visa has been finalised.
You do not need to make an appointment to collect documents from VFS.

Visa holders are no longer able to request and pay for a visa label. Visa holders can access information relating to their visa through our free Visa Entitlement Verification Online (VEVO) service or the myVEVO mobile app
VEVO provides information regarding visa details and conditions 24 hours a day 7 days a week.
